In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the vip108 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vip108 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity documentation at any point to verify compliance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is operated and marketed for the Indonesian market. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are responsible for ascertaining and complying with such restrictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have previously requested through vip108 or any affiliated platform.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the vip108 Platform. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.

To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. The information you provide must include, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vip108 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. KYC Verification. vip108 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4.1 Deposits. vip108 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There are no deposit fees charged by vip108; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers received outside these hours may be credited on the following business day.

4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard-tier Accounts and same-day for Gold-tier and above VIP Accounts. Funds are remitted to the payment method most recently used for a deposit on the Account. vip108 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be complete and all requested documents approved.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to claimed Bonus Funds must be fully completed.
• The Account must not be under review for suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable limit set on your Account (e.g., daily or weekly withdrawal caps applicable to your VIP tier).

4.5 Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. vip108 does not accept or remit funds in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by vip108 at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

5.1 General. vip108 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are set out in the individual promotional materials published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted into withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable rollover multiplier, the time limit within which the requirement must be completed, and the eligible games that contribute to wagering are specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed with Bonus Funds contribute to the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. vip108 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing bets on both sides of an outcome to guarantee profit irrespective of result; wagering exclusively on outcomes with minimal house edge for the sole purpose of satisfying a wagering requirement; or any other conduct that exploits promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. vip108 is not obliged to notify Players of an impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. vip108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market; the odds were published in error; the outcome of the relevant event is known at the time the bet is placed; or the bet appears to be placed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms.

6.2 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, PSSI for Indonesian domestic competitions). For BRI Liga 1 matches involving Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and other Liga 1 clubs, results are sourced from the official PSSI/PT LIB result feed. Bets on Timnas Indonesia in the Piala AFF or FIFA World Cup qualifiers are settled against the official match result at the conclusion of 90 minutes of regulation play plus any added time, unless the specific market states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").

6.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on vip108 are sourced from verified international lottery pools. Draw schedules, prize structures, and settlement rules are published on the Togel Online page. vip108 is not responsible for technical disruptions affecting the draw feed, and in the event of a feed failure, draws may be postponed or results manually verified before settlement.

6.4 Live Casino. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip108 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in the immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the vip108 Platform — including but not limited to the vip108 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip108 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of vip108.

Game content (slot titles, live casino streams, crash game interfaces) is licensed from the respective game studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and remains the property of those studios. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond vip108's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, and natural disasters) may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. vip108 will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

10.3 In any event, vip108's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 By vip108. vip108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other circumstance that vip108 considers to justify such action in the interest of the Platform's integrity or the safety of other Players.

11.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting vip108 support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled, all active wagering requirements must be assessed, and any Real Funds balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by vip108 or by you — all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Clauses 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination and remain in full force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip108 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits vip108's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent conduct that causes, or threatens to cause, irreparable harm to the Platform or its users.

vip108 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, vip108 will notify registered Players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after that date will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
